Stand-by Ticket Counter: if you want to buy ticket after the normal time or transact other matters on ticket, please refer to the central service counter in the Leaving Hall at the second floor, there sets six stand-by ticket counters.
Left-Luggage Counters: please transact the related procedure at the counter located in the east of the Lianlang Kou in the hall at the second floor if you need left-luggage service. The counters are open 24 hours and it will charge you by hours or days.

Luggage Carts: parking lot before the terminal building, Luggage Hall at the first floor, Lianlang Kou at the second floor, the two sides of the safety inspection gate in the isolation area at the second floor all offer the luggage carts for free.
Luggage Packing: at the Left-Luggage Counters and the Luggage Packing Counters at the second floor, there offer the service of packing. One article will charge you about 10 Yuan.
Luggage Inquiring: there is an inquiring desk for matters on luggage in the Luggage Hall at the first floor.

Advice for Hotels and Tourism: offers passengers the service of hotel reservations in Beijing and the advice of Beijing tourism, etc. You can visit the service counter to the side of the No. 1 and No. 5 gate at the first floor. It will open from 07:00 until the last flight of a day.

No. 2 Terminal Building
Inquiring: any questions on scheduled flights, flow of emplaning and related knowledge about emplaning, please refer to the information desks located in the center of the first and the second floor.

Banks: offer passengers the deposits and credit card service of RMB and the main foreign currencies, and also the domestic draft, check and remittance and the international remittance, foreign exchange, commission of selling and exchange the traveler' s check, etc. There sets many ATMs and automatic currencies exchange machines in the building to meet passengers' needs.
Bank of China: one is opposite the No. 8 Gate of the Leaving Hall in the second floor and the other is opposite the No. 12 Boarding Gate in the second floor.
Industrial & Commercial Bank of China: opposite the No. 7 Gate of the Arrival Hall in the first floor.
China Construction Bank: opposite the No. 8 Gate of the Leaving Hall in the second floor.
Agriculture Bank of China: opposite the No. 7 Gate of the Arrival Hall in the first floor.
China Minsheng Bank: the north of the No. 8 Gate in the second floor.
Post Office: located to the opposite of the No. 6 Gate of the International Leaving Hall, the post office offers service of express delivery, transmitting by post, post of books, magazines, newspapers, parcels, mails and also selling the magcard of phone. The opening hours are from 07:00 to 20:00.
Lost and Found: if you lost articles in the building, please check with the police station located near the No. 15 Gate at the first floor.

Luggage Carts: it offers the free luggage carts for both domestic and foreign passengers in the Leaving Hall and the Arrival Hall.

Luggage Packing: it offers luggage packing at the head of the checking island with counter B, C, F, G, and the left-luggage counters in the leaving hall at the second floor 每 10 Yaun for an article. Besides, there are the free-of-charge paper boxes provided for packing liquid.
Luggage Searching: if your luggage does not arrive normally including delayed, damaged, missing, the searching counters of Air China and BGS will make investigation on the luggage. From the daily first flight to the last flight.

Airport Transportation: passengers can choose taxi or airport bus as the ideal vehicle to get to downtown.
Taxi: the flat rate fare of taxis in Beijing is about 10 Yuan for the prior 3 km (about 1.9 miles) and the distance surcharge is about 2 Yuan per km. If the distance is over 15 km (about 9.3 miles), it will charge you about half more of the cost for its returning.

There is another bus line from Beijing Capital International Airport to Tianjin, which is very convenient for passengers who want to visit Tianjin after arrival in Beijing. You can take it at the parking lot of the No. 11 leaving exit. It is running from 09:00 to 22:00.
