The Hohhot Hotel (Huhehaote binguan) is an old fashioned place located in the city center, only a few minutes walk from the railway station. The hotel consists of three main buildings, with 400 guestrooms or suites. All the basic amenities are here, including color televisions, telephones and air-conditioning. The hotel's rooms are not of the most impressive standard, however, but the convenience of being near to the centre is hard to beat.
