Day 1 Arrive Beijing
Arrive Beijing, the capital of China. Upon arrival, our friendly guide will meet you and transfer you to your hotel.
Day 2 Beijing
Full day private escorted excursion to Simatai Great Wall. The Simatai Great Wall is celebrated for its steepness, queerness and intactness. The main tourist attractions include the Stairway to Heaven, the Fairy Tower, the Heaven Bridge and the Wangjinglou Tower. Simatai also offers a wide range of activities, where tourists can go boating, swimming or fishing in the Mandarin Duck Lake.

Day 3 Beijing
Free day, leisure on own

Day 4 Beijing to Chengdu
Fly Beijing to Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province in southwestern China. Upon arrrival, our guide will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to
explore the city on your own.

Day 5 Chengdu
Full day private escorted tour to the Panda Breeding Base, Qingyang Gong Monastery, Sichuan University Museum, lunch at local restaurant for Sichuan Cuisine, then tour Wangjiang Bamboo Garden.

Day 6 Chengdu to Leshan to Emei Shan
Take a morning drive to Leshan. Have lunch at a local restaurant then visit the Giant Buddha. Continue your drive to Emei Shan - one of the 4 most sacred Buddhist mountains in China. with Visitors are drawn to Emei Shan either as a place of pilgrimage or simply to scale the magnificent heights with a myriad of attractions. Check into your hotel.

Day 7 Emei Shan
Drive to the base and spend the whole day to climb to the summit of Emei Shan which occupies a large territory. The slopes contain 50 miles of trails and about 30 active temples. Emei Shan was inscribed as a natural and cultural World Heritage site by UNESCO 1996. It has designated protection zones for plants (including 29 spicies of rhododendron) and landscapes. Ten percent of Chinas plant species grow here. Threatened animal species include the red panda, Asiatic black bear, Asiatic golden cat, and Tibetan macaque. Drive back to your hotel at the end of the day.

Day 8 Emei Shan to Chengdu
Drive back to Chengdu through the picturesque countryside. Check into your hotel.

Day 9 Chengdu to Beijing
Fly from Chnegdu to Beijing. Check into your hotel.
Meals: Breakfast
Day 10 Beijing to Datong
Drive to Datong about 4.5 hours; check into your hotel. The rest of the day is free on own.

Day 11 Datong
Full day visit to the Yungang Grottoes of Datong. The 53 grottoes in Yungang Grottos include some 1,000 niches with about 51,000 statues – a treasure-trove of cave art that combines traditional Chinese art forms with foreign influence, particularly Greek and Indian. These Grottoes were built against the mountain and extend about 1 km (0.62 miles) from east to west.

Day 12 Datong to Beijing
Take a morning train back to Beijing then transfer to your hotel.

Day 13 Beijing
Free time, leisure on own

Day 14 Depart Beijing
