   By Air
Yiwu Airport (YIW) is located some 10 kilometers (about 6.2 miles) to the northwest of Yiwu City. At present, there are about 10 domestic airlines operating here, connecting to Beijing and Guangzhou everyday, to Chengdu on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday as well as to Shenzhen, Xiamen, Changsha, Kunming and Shantou on every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
There is a regular shuttle bus connecting Yiwu and Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport (HGH). The shuttle buses from HGH to Yiwu depart hourly from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm at the 5th door of the arrival hall while the buses from Yiwu to HGH also depart hourly from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm at the 1st floor of the waiting room of Binwang Passenger Center. The fare either way is CNY60 per person.

By Train
In June, 2006, the new Railway Station of Yiwu came into service. It is located at the Changjiangban Village of Houzhai Street, 10 kilometers away from the city center. With quality facilities, the New Railway Station of Yiwu plays an important role in the middle part of Zhejiang Province. At present, the trains that depart from Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Nanjing and some other large and medium-sized cities can reach Yiwu directly everyday. At the same, there are frequent trains departing from Hangzhou to Yiwu every day. In July, 2006, it also became the departure station for three trains respectively to Hangzhou, Shanghai and Taizhou.

By Long-distance Bus
There are ample convenient bus services to Yiwu. At present, there are four long-distance bus stations in Yiwu City. Following are some reference details:
Binwang Passenger Center: It is the largest station in Yiwu City. About nine provinces of China and most of the other parts of Zhejiang Province can be reached from here. Among them, there are six buses departing to Shanghai everyday, respectively at 8:20, 9:50, 11:50, 14:00, 15:00 and 16:30. Besides, if you are going to Hangzhou, the Binwang Passenger Center has opened a special route for you. Everyday, from 6:30 am to 6:10 pm, there will be buses departing to Hangzhou every 20 minutes. The return buses will depart from Hangzhou South Station every 20 minutes from 7:00 am to 6:40 pm. And buses to Ningbo will depart hourly from 6:30 am to 6:10 pm.

Getting Around
By city-bus
Presently, there are more than 50 bus lines operating in Yiwu City, 28 of which are running in the city center while the others are running between the urban area and the surrounding towns. To be distinguished, the latter buses' numbers usually begin with 3. No.121, 122 and 123 of the urban buses are special lines running around the Yiwu International Business and Trade City. Further, No.209 (5:35 pm-10:15 pm), No.206 (5:50 pm-10:05 pm), No.202 (5:50 pm-10:20 pm) and No.201 (6:00 pm-10:10 pm) run in the urban area at night.
By Taxi
With some 2000 taxis at your service, your trip will be easier in Yiwu. The fare is CNY5 for the first 2 kilometers (about 1.24 miles) and CNY 1.8 for every additional kilometer (about 0.62 mile). The fare of those with the logos of Honda Accord and Hongqi is a little higher.
